In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ar9999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ar9999 platform, its operating entity, and all related subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors.
• "Platform" — refers to the ar9999 website accessible at ar9999.bet, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and associated services.

• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the ar9999 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or ar9999 policy.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ar9999 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on ar9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must not have previously had an ar9999 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active ar9999 Account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. ar9999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

ar9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ar9999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar9999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ar9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. ar9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ar9999 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ar9999 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your Account pending resolution.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Do not access your ar9999 Account from public or shared devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Review your Account transaction history regularly for any unauthorised activity.
• Enable login notifications where available so that you are alerted to new sign-in activity.

ar9999 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where unusual login activity, geographic anomalies, or suspected unauthorised access is detected, pending a security review.

ar9999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. Supported methods are subject to change at ar9999's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your ar9999 PKR Wallet subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. ar9999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ar9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ar9999 reserves the right to return a withdrawal to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other bank transfers: typically 1–3 business days.
• Raast and 1LINK: typically within 1 hour during banking hours.
• USDT: typically within 1–4 hours subject to network confirmation.

ar9999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Any funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, regardless of whether any bonus has been claimed.

ar9999 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and PSL odds boosts. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all ar9999 bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account.
• ar9999 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

ar9999 monitors wagering patterns and reserves the right to void bonus winnings where irregular or abusive wagering patterns are identified, including but not limited to low-margin bet hedging, systematic wagering designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between multiple accounts.

All casino games available on the ar9999 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the game provider and are available upon request.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and all other markets offered on ar9999:

• ar9999 reserves the right to void or amend any bet where an error has been made in publishing the odds, including manifest errors where the odds offered are clearly incorrect.
• Bets placed on suspended markets are void and will be refunded to your PKR Wallet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ar9999's event-specific settlement rules apply. PSL and Pakistan cricket markets follow ICC and PCB official result declarations.
• ar9999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any player whose betting patterns are consistent with professional or syndicated betting activity.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to internet connectivity and data feed availability. ar9999 is not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to technical issues on your end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar9999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one ar9999 Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illicit activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from ar9999.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker and live dealer games.
• Abusing ar9999 support agents, using threatening or offensive language, or making false claims against ar9999 staff.

All content on the ar9999 Platform, including but not limited to the ar9999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to ar9999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ar9999 content without prior written consent.
• Use the ar9999 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar9999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond ar9999's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payouts subsequently corrected under these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or cyber-attacks.

ar9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ar9999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ar9999's negligence to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ar9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to ar9999's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC and AML compliance purposes.
